Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on swertewin. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, swertewin reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your swertewin login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify swertewin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. swertewin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You may request the closure of your swertewin account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements and the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering obligations.
swertewin reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, swertewin operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. As a general policy, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. swertewin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.
swertewin does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which swertewin accepts no responsibility.
swertewin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.
Bonus funds credited to your swertewin account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the swertewin platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the swertewin platform without the prior written consent of swertewin.
The swertewin name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of swertewin. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any swertewin trademark, trade name, or logo without the prior written permission of swertewin.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, swertewin, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the swertewin platform.
swertewin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
In no event shall swertewin's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your swertewin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude swertewin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
swertewin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
